He's a Balloonicorn, a companion, and a friend.
At his point you may be asking, 'what the fuck is a balloonicorn?' Well, a Ballooncorn is an item in Tf2 implemented in the Pyromania update.

You may be asking, 'Why is this Balloonicorn so special?' Well, this Balloonicorn was obtained by me through the ingame drop system. It was on of my first drops, and definatly the item that has been in my inventory the longest.

I am also letting you buy into a piece of Dave, for 100k in game cash, you will get your own Balloonicorn with free shipping and handling.
