TOPIC: Suggested reply to an application.

So, instead of just typing +support for being a good guy or -support for not seeing the person I think we should have a more elaborate system of supporting.
For example I'd like people to take more care into why this person should become a moderator or administrator.
Almost every application you look at now will have support for either not seeing them on the server or not being in trouble constantly.

I ask for this to be considered due to the amount of mods and admins we have.
