This just isn't going to happen, the KD has already been nerfed a lot since its initial release and making it so the suit is unable to take off for the three seconds when they use the ability already makes the suit way worse than it currently was, do me a favour though if you have an actual suggestion about the suit, make a proper post listing what you think you should actually be done and not just saying that the suit shouldn't be able to move as well.
