TOPIC: [AMA] It's been 10 years.. what..

It's been 11 years this April.. Logged onto Garry's Mod, found that I was only able to discuss 'ne parle pas, baguette baguette' on FR-servers. Fear not, here in nostalgia as it is exactly 11 years ago since the appearance of SDGaming and KDGaming.

Imagine a lot has happened since. My prayers go out to Konth of whom reportedly we have not heard much lately. Wishing him prosperity, safety and care. His hard work has created communities, friendships and even relationships.

Sad to find that Gmod has now really seen it's best time. Even for it's beautiful niche fans. Big up to Zart and Agentlulz.

We're all - or most of us - reaching our thirties. Looking back at gundealers getting trashed, mayors.. being mayors, endless mayor votes.. and much more. Watching the public scold of rulebreakers, with video recordings on forums like this exact one, like a medieval kings' order.

It was all the greatest of fun.

My retreat left many in awe and many questions were, 10 years ago, left unanswered. Feel free to Ask Me Anything in this thread. About the SDG/KDG-split, about developing and running a server, or just salute for old times sake.

I don't recognise SDGaming, but KDGaming definetly brings back fond memories. I used to play there a lot with some of my first online friends. I remember it just disappearing one day and never found out why, until now. Thanks for this throwback and for giving me closure

i remember me and some friends of mine, built a base next to the pd so we could get raided by the cops 24/7, PSG was too good then, amphetamine raids if i remember correctly, lol , its been a long time , nice server
