technically you can never be off the grid unless you turn off or remove features from your cellphone that actively use the GNSS navigation system. You see, GNSS signals are used to track your location and perhaps you may want to disable those to TRULY be off the grid.
If you still need GNSS signals for whatever reason, you can buy a rubidium or cesium atomic clocks, these clocks will not reicieve any signal but thanks to the built-in oscillators & resonator you will contribute to the overall accuracy of the synchronization of the GNSS navigation system, in return the oscillators inside your clocks will be able to accurately reproduce the signal once linked
