Don't need to mate I can give you the full in depth guide right here, right now!

I do gotta ask and it kinda sways what advice I can give you for the game, as bear and usec have different advantages. Don't bother reading the other advice as it would be no good for you depending on side you picked mate

Advice for BEAR

What your gonna do is get a kedr 2 mags (one inside one reserve) and 120 PM SP7 GZH rounds 60 in the mags 60 in your pouch, your also gonna want a bottle of water and a MRE, get an impact nade if your a baller! You also need the codabro special on your head (chimera). Next what your gonna do is load into any map of your choosing, find an extraction (personally I recommend D2 on reserve or under the trains on Interchange) stick on a youtube video and wait for some retard whos just spent 30 mins and risked millions to bring all the loot in the map to you. Wait for him to have the illusion of safety then shoot the fucking shit out of his legs, remember legs can't have any protection meaning 6/30 shots is enough to wipe any cunt off the face of the planet and back to the lobby, then grab all their shit and leave. Make sure if they add you you ALWAYS ALWAYS accept, ignore whatever it is they have to say and let them know you sold everything to fence and they can go buy it from your boy.

Now after a good bit of time doing this you would have made a bit of money, grab some keycards because your moving into the big leagues! You need the KS-23 shotgun and no more than 9 Shrap-10s. Now you are going to find either of the elevator extracts and camp either near the power switch or the elevator itself (I would choose this one as you get a quick exit after). Just sit and wait, just remember you need to aim for the legs and once again it will 1 shot anyone.

The other strat for Labs is really simple, get a pistol and NOTHING ELSE, 0! NOT EVEN IN POUCH OK? Now what your gonna do is when you spawn in is sprint as fast as fucking possible to any of the high loot spawns/safes. your gonna pouch as much as possible until your full or you die. Just remember a single bitcoin pays for 2 attempts at this and you will get loads of gpus/ledx/bitcoins doing this, hell maybe you'll even get lucky and find a keycard!

Best of luck ratting, enjoy free loot from retards who think that extraction timer = safety!
