Hello zarp, today I would like to generally discuss hafthor bjornnsons return to strongman after retiring from boxing. He just set a new weight weight over bar record of 20,3feet and has expressed interest in breaking his deadlift record.
I would love to hear everybody’s thoughts on this.

Tactical move.

When ages pass by and speed slowly fades, it’s only smart to focus on core and why not even be a strongman!
