Suggestion Title: make cars better / make cdm better

How would it benefit the server: this is crucial a benefit

Potential Issues/Exploits: none!

Additional notes: cars are terrible the speed is uncontrollable and the turning is abysmal! it is just unacceptable and i will not stand for it it needs to be changed! likewise cdm is also horrible going to fast causes you to phase threw the person your trying to hit resulting in little damage and not a very zarpful experience.
