It's not. All servers have either maintained their status or have gone up in rankings (some even drastically such as TTT). GameTracker exists for a reason, use it before implying something as untrue and stupid as what you just did. Also it's a Saturday morning, not everyone is gonna wanna be on ZARP right now.
