TOPIC: HELP ???

Hello everyone , so i've been trying to join the ssrp server and for some reason my game keeps crashing everytime i try to load on the server.Anyone know of a solution that can help me out , thanks!

Verify Game cache

-make sure there’s space in ur c drive and the drive u use for gmod
-verify game files
- check ur cpu usage (happen for me before, issue was i had no cpu left)
