I'm looking to get a vertimax, ultra expensive machine that helps to improve your vertical leap
And a pair of Jordan 6 Slam Dunk
Just do depth jumps, plus other plyometrics for free
hard work > expensive shit
yeah i know, thats what ive been doing for a while but i'm in a pre-national team and im looking to get some faster gains you know, i got everything besides this vertimax and free time, if i had more time i could do without it
Well for one the vertimax is incredibly expensive for what it is, you could probably achieve the same outcome doing plyometric jumps with a weighted vest, all it is is added resistance.
Add in some strong resistance exercises like your squat variations, front squat, back squat, Bulgarian etc and you'll see some impressive gains in your vertical leap in weeks
The only thing i do to increase my leap is 8kg one leg squats and 24kg squat 12kg on each hands
60 reps in the morning and 80 before practice (practice once a week tuesday 6-9pm)
I'll follow your advices and i hope that i'll get faster gains, it will obviously
all i need to do is to manage my time and i'll get faster gains
