TOPIC: ZARP Christmas Wishlist

ZARP Christmas Wishlist 2 years 11 months ago #1371753

What are you hoping for?

Personally I'd like some new combo pads for my knees and shins etc. for my bike and some new Logitech speakers for my PC.

(And for SSRP to have players again.)

Well for one the vertimax is incredibly expensive for what it is, you could probably achieve the same outcome doing plyometric jumps with a weighted vest, all it is is added resistance.

Add in some strong resistance exercises like your squat variations, front squat, back squat, Bulgarian etc and you'll see some impressive gains in your vertical leap in weeks

The only thing i do to increase my leap is 8kg one leg squats and 24kg squat 12kg on each hands
60 reps in the morning and 80 before practice (practice once a week tuesday 6-9pm)
I'll follow your advices and i hope that i'll get faster gains, it will obviously
all i need to do is to manage my time and i'll get faster gains ;) ;)
