Hi,
If you would like any specific posts associated with your account removed, if you could let a member of the Community Team know via Teamspeak with a list of posts you would like removed, they will be able to remove these for you. As for your account, we are legally obligated to retain your information for a minimum of 180 days (6 months) for processing, as per the Right to Erasure under the UK Data Protection Act of 2018. If you would like your account to be deleted, you will first need to make this request (in a serious manner) towards a Community Owner via Teamspeak in order to verify your identify. You will then have 6 months to potentially change your mind. If you would still like to go ahead with this request after the 180 days have passed, you will need to let us know of this at the time and we can terminate your account and any information included with it. If you are unclear about the 180 day requirement, I'll direct you towards the UK Data Protect Act 2018 "Right to Erasure" and when this applies. You can view an overview of this here: the personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose which you originally collected or processed it for. The original purpose that your data has been collected for is still necessary - this is due to PayPal's 180 day retention period. Feel free to contact a Community Owner if you have any other questions or concerns regarding this! |
