Am i able to buy and sell boosters to people for cash while banned?

You are not able to trade your cash or items to other players or receive cash or items from players whilst banned.

technically you can buy boosters directly to them and they give you the things whenever u are unbanned

Banned players that can still join the server can still claim Boosters. So they can claim any item that's included in Booster Packs but they wont be able to use any of the items or open cases until they are unbanned.
