it's the same thing really if the feature is in the game then players should not be warned unless they break tou by shouting something questionable. and now the vote screen does not take up your whole screen its even easier to mute them real quick

high ranking staff have been doing it for years so i don't see why a user should be punished for it, if they don't want people to shout / scream for a map it should be removed from the server
