What do you find so indulging and appealing from the "The Walking Dead" series? Why does it stand out from other zombie-related series? How does it keep your attention after like 10 seasons?

Greatest show I’ve watched, early episodes always lured you into a sense of security then out of the blue your favourite character would die or the group would be surrounded with walkers which is the reason why I’ve kept watching it for so long.

I’ve always been a fan of series with deep interesting stories, as I previously stated I love how it constantly keeps you on edge and causes you to feel attached to the characters only for them to be killed just a few episodes later. I also got into the comics after a bit which explains things much better than the main show sometimes does.

I think it stands out due it’s excellent character development and storyline, and I would deem it as being solely based around zombies. As the seasons go on it becomes more apparent that the real threat are actually other people and it’s noticeable how the walkers become almost insignificant as they serve no Real threat to the group.

as I’ve touched on before, I think I’ve been able to watch it for so many seasons due to it being spiced up constantly and how unpredictable it is regardless of me reading the comics.

This is where I've gotta disagree with you, I've always enjoyed watching TWD and recently stopped watching it but might go back at a later date due to the fact it seems so linear and boring, ever since Glenn died nothing has really shocked me.

Seasons 7 and 8 fucking sucked which was rly dissapointing because it's the best part of the comics but season 9 really brought back the horror and what made twd so good and there are some actual great moments and great deaths that shock you. Season 10 is more of the same from what i've heard.

Fair enough, I Can see where you are coming from in regards to the recent seasons, the whisperer war was slightly satanic in a weird and out of place way and also quite slow paced for me, it felt quite repetitive as you mentioned, but I have high hopes for what’s coming in season 11.

Yeah it just felt so random and forced, I might start watching again if the new season catches my interest :)

I’m not sure yet, I was thinking of trying to do a psychology or history degree and seeing where I go but I’ve always had the rough idea that I was going to try to be a therapist because being a historian sounds like it would bore me to death even if I do enjoy studying it right now.

Great series, never really properly got into it but I remember liking the scene where he throws the fake meth on the floor and it blows everything up.
