TOPIC: How I almost died...

Hey guys it's my Tay, and this is the third and last story of today. It's a near death experience. Now I'm sure, you probably have a hard time relating to dying, and not, it's nothing like dying on SSRP. Although SSRP is an amazing gamemode with a lot of active players, I don't think we can make a logic connection between the two.

Anyways so I was strolling around in the park looking for something to do. I always get bored at times, as we all do - but today I was extremely bored, and I had to learn how dangerous that can be. I found a train and decided to see how close I could pass the train tracks without getting hit by the train. The train was going quite fast so I found it quite difficult to estimate the speed, and with that in mind I wasn't able to push myself too much. I think I ran infront of it when it was 50 meters away, although I didn't meassure. I don't suggest anyone doing this btw, this was just for the kicks.

Anyways my heart started racing which was what I had been looking for. This wasn't really my near death experience by the way, it was more about warming up for the day. These days we're not really chased by lions so we tend to get pretty bored. Even though stats suggest that our lives have improved, I strongly disagree with the happy part. I have noticed that people are generally quite bored and their lives are mundane. I guess if you don't risk life, you won't care about losing it, which seems to be why people stuff themselves with burgers. Anyways, without getting off tandem here, I wanted to actually tell you about how I almost died.

It was when I was snowboarding and me being the risk taker I am, I took the usual stroll through the woods at a high speed. I'm pretty good at dodging trees, but something felt off, but I couldn't put my thoughts into why. Either way there was a new construction going on with huge electrical towers all around my usual lane. One big electrical tower was specifically in the way and sadly I had not taken note of it being there last time was here. I was probably going at 160km per hour. There was a jump that I usually take to get over a big obstacle, but sadly the obstacle had now electrical wires all over it. I tried to jump over the electrical wire with the speed I had, but sadly I underestimated how much speed I actually needed to get over the fence.

Luckly there was no electricity so I was only shocked by the thought of hitting it. Luckly it was only 3 meters high up, so I was able to get down and after yelling at the contruction manager for a bit I felt assured that I was still alive.

So what is the lesson for today? Honestly I don't know. Be a risk taker or not, there's tradeoff to both. Some will say don't do the other because they haven't been on the other side. I guess it's easy to be biased when you lost a leg or something though.

My stupid colleague (17 year old idiot) was servicing a machine, i was there only to make sure his intervention was doing alright.
He was done, he was about to plug the machine on the canalis (380 - 400V) alimentation, when i asked him "Did you ground the machine?" Turns out he didn't, it wasn't linked to anything for about 6months, so was the ground, nobody knew that it wasn't grounded...
Meaning that if he had started it (linked it to the canalis, 380V coming through it) anyone touching any part of the machine would get electrocuted, and fucking fry
