  2. A staff member should be able to listen in to and be able to defend against their demotions
  3. Users should have reasons for post removal with clear reasoning as to why they may be punished
  4. Applicants (especially for LT positions) should have clear and fair denial reasons.
• Communication - A lot of people try to hammer home the fact that "Oh contact the staff member that removed your post" especially for the forums this is common, but it has been proven time and time again that this isn't always easy, they may not respond or leave you waiting for days at a time. I feel that there should be an effort to decrease the time it takes to reach a staff member especially higher up.
• Community Involvement - And we also feel that the community should be more involved with the process of what is going to be added in updates. Yes, one can make a suggestion sure but they are either forgotten or not handled at all in some cases. We should have more things like polls of what players might want most for the next update, keep more of the surveys going that happened earlier... We are working with the people we currently have and should work to keep those people around rather than to scare them off and find new ones. So getting them more involved with the process will prove instrumental.
• Staff ETHOS - And the last one, for now, we feel that there should be clear and set guidelines with punishments for members of the community. Letting people decide for themselves how to deal with situations and problems is nice and all but its getting out of hand. Staff members getting demoted for vague reasons without prior warning, and staff members going onto a warning rampage or the tiniest thing without much ground to hold onto... These are just two examples of where a clear ethos could've made things fairer for staff and users alike.

I could keep going into this for possibly thousands of words but I hope it somewhat answers your question, but we'll settle for around 600 - 700 words. There are in our opinions quite a few things wrong with ZARP and I'm sure the community team just as we are, are putting in the effort to try and better it one step at a time. I feel that if the above were to be implemented that it would already improve ZARP a great deal.

For moving away; I feel that if I'd had to move I'd move to Canada or the UK in full together with the person I love. I love my country I'd rather not stay there my entire life as I feel that I'll have more opportunities to further my knowledge and keep learning in different parts of the world.

Thinking about it I'd probably still post one today, then maybe play some TTT and SSRP with some Prop Hunt to sit back and relax after a long day at work. The people I interact with on a daily basis and I would say one-and-a-half more so than to lean in either side. I made a case about this years prior when I was still initially in ZARP. Over the years I've always had a nagging voice in my head which is what Léon is, a manifestation of that voice in my head, often considered an alternate personality, it is something that is as much of a hindrance as it is a gift Léon helps with a lot of writing projects and helps me get through daily life with his ever-increasingly helpful advice.

He's one of my best friends nowadays (sad, I know.) And the last time I revealed this it was met with lots of disbelief and jokes regarding it, however, we've chosen to ignore those and move on with our lives ever since. He's still around and he's been with me for the past 10 years and I felt that if he is helping with the projects that we work on moving forward he deserves some credit, much to the confusion of others.
