TOPIC: Should opinions be allowed on ZARP?

Hey what do you guys think, should opinions be allowed? Of course they're currently strictly against the rules but should that change?
Or should the punishment go from an instant mute for saying that you don't like something/someone on zarp up to an instant permaban?
