So as you guys probably know, I haven't been very active online and things for about a month. The reason is I had a virus on my PC that was making it so apps wouldn't open. For a month I had been trying to fix this but it just kept coming back. Eventually I did a full reset of my PC and now it works. The only problems are:

1) I can't remember my Discord details,
2) I can't remember my Steam account details,

I hope no won is sad that I am back. I will be jumping back into Gmod ASAP don't worry.
