TOPIC: Dead By Daylight - Pyramid Head?

Hi all,

Sorry for all the topics I've been making lately, I get quite curious about things and this is a comfortable space for me.

I've noticed there are quite a few DBD players in our midst. I'm afraid I'm not hugely well-versed in the game, but I do like playing the killer, generally.

I haven't played in a while, though. I never really got the chance to try out Pyramid Head, and as a big lover of Silent Hill, I'm curious as to how he plays. I'm able to look at Reddit for this stuff, and I know that generally, the meta favours killers like the Nurse, Freddy and the Spirit, at least from what I've noticed in terms of general preference.

Where would you place Pyramid Head in a tier list? Why?

He should have stayed as a manifestation of James, not a manifestation of a stupid killer. Most annoying beside Leatherface and Oni.

Nurses are rare, and most suck. Freddy is easy to combat and I hate Spirit's ability. I would rank Pyramid Head high because of his one lane hit that can fuck up two surviors if one is unhooking or running in corridors, and that trail he leaves behind. But he is rarely played - the majority play Myers, Ghost Face, Leatherface, Huntress...

Also who created that Silent Hill map? A sadist, that's who.

I'm actually rather happy to hear that Pyramid Head is high in your personal rankings. But it's unfortunate more people don't play him.

A manifestation of James in 2, and a manifestation of punishment itself in Homecoming... Which really irked me because it felt like they only used him because he was iconic. Same goes for the film.

It's him, Freddy and Spirit I really hate facing.

A good Spirit will always find you and Freddy's got some fingers that will snipe you from 5 meters away.

A decent Pyramid will just mindgame you until you're out of options. Vault a window? Sniped. Vault/drop a pallet? Sniped. Unhook your teammate? Sniped. You really don't have an option other than just get hit and get distance. Obviously a new/bad Pyramid can easily be looped but if they know what they are doing, you're most likely dead.

I'd like them to increase the cooldown on the ability so they have to use it wisely rather than spamming it.
