dont listen to any one on here including me.
but if you want to, look into CD projekt red, they are the company releasing cyberpunk 2077 this year.
their stock price is either going to go straight up or down, if you check for their performance after the witcher 3 release, you can see a correlation between the price of the stock to the release of the game.
if we have as our first premise, the stock price will be moved by the outcome of the acceptance of the game by the community,
a logical conclusion we could arrive at is; if we predict the audiences attitude, we can make money either longing/shorting the stock.
look into it and come to your own conclusion.
video game companies are sort of similar to pharma companies; depending on either the clinical trial outcomes for a certain drug or how well a game is received. we can make money off that one factor.
