I timed out with my jetsuit on, pretty sure I dequipped it but I joined back and now it's gone? Would I be entitled to a refund or not?

You only lose suits when you die with them on (excl. when disconnecting with the Mummy Suit on last life after taking damage) - there is no other point at which the suit is removed from your inventory, so you must've been killed in it whilst you were timing out.

Could you check the logs then? I'm 100% sure I wasn't killed, thank you.
