TOPIC: Ad not working

I paid for an ad 75 mil and it only seems to appear on server 3. Devas also bought an ad on server 3 but it appears on both servers. Can i get refunded or just have the ad put on server 1?'

Normally only gets restarted for updates or critical hotfixes.
