Also you extract the map in this directory, typically:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\GarrysMod\maps

Normally I would extract it to here but in this case I cant as on boot camp there is no garrys mod file which is strange, I onlky have the garrys mod game available on the desktop, no files or dowload folder?

When I download the link you gave for the map it just shows as an internet explorer icon its not a bsp so I cant save it as its like it downloads a link, is there any other way to get the map?
