Umm randomly my pc will shutdown with blue screen and a face on it and give me some reason below. Can someone help mee!!!

Whats the reason?

on my laptop that used to happpen sooo often and i usually just oppened the bottom and blew out everything ( fans, battery...)
but thats a temporairy fix
