The votes on your denied applications have been made collectively by the Forum/TeamSpeak staff team, not Chute single-handedly. Shall you desire to find out what you need working on then feel free to contact members of the staff teams on the servers/services you got denied from. Also you have other ways to contact Chute, so refrain from using the Forums for such purposes.
