Try to just take that whole folder, and place it in your addons folder, and replace anything it asks for. It should replace with a sound I yoinked from csgo USP, if you want another sound just put it with the same name, it works for me.

so now i just moved the folder in my addons folder, but there was no replace question cuz the file is a gma not a folder i guess
im about to test if it works
