Here's a bit of a weird one, especially for me given that I'm really not business-savvy. But this topic applies to basically anyone with an interest in business, doesn't even have to be your own business. Could just be something interesting you've seen.

For example, I live in a small town just outside London. What I've noticed is that businesses flock here, thinking this is a safe bet for a first business. But there are about 80 shops altogether, so you can see how low rent isn't always the problem - it's more that the competition is stiff.

I remember going into this dessert bar once, it was run by two men in their mid-twenties. They looked so confident they were gonna do amazing things. They opened it in February thinking that the summer rush would put them well into the green. It didn't. By late July, they had shut. Got replaced by a bridal dress shop.

Anyway, feel free to offer any story you like. Can be about real life businesses, can be about weird or interesting trades you've done in this game or other games. Troll or joke stories are fine, by this point, I've come to expect it from your cheeky sods.
