It was US Forces, they conducted a raid on his compound/tunnel. Just cause they pulled out of Syria doesn't mean they can't do raids there.

To be honest, if you actually still think it makes a difference, you're dumb. Wasnt the group a tool to the US for so many years in the middle east? And you believe suddenly they've gone rogue? Okay. If you do or have done any research whatsoever on the wars in the middle east you'll realise how inconsistent and ridiculous the stories and evidence are. ISIS is like cockroaches you can kill all of them however, they will still come back.
Daesh is literally a group of vermin, if the leader get killed, well they will stall for about a few weeks, but they will come back and keep terrorising everyone.
We can't exterminate Daesh, we could use thermobaric weapons or nuclear weapons we can't kill every single ISIS members.
They are everywhere in every middle east countries, and some of the big heads might even live in Europe.

I know what they are, how they operate. My comment is about how at one time they're american funded "rebel groups". Then suddenly all of them go rogue time and time again. And suddenly they change the label for them to "terrorist organisations". Isnt that ironic? Same story in iraq. Afghanistan. Now syria. And how did the groups start exactly? Go have a read about it. Where their funding originated from. Where weapons and training came from.

Haha, France also gave weapons to ISIS and the Turkish government was the middleman
Pretty sure ISIS started after the invasion of US in Iraq
