3 day shipping + tracking or just the normal 6 euro shipping which is 4-5 days

Highly depends on what you're buying and how badly you need it. If for example your router dies and you need internet back ASAP to work on projects you should definitely get the 3 day shipping + tracking. If it's less important and you don't need it instantly you can go for the normal shipping.
