It's not a bad speed to Steam imo, for some reason Steam downloads a lot slower (yes I have no limit set up) and my internet goes up to 150MB/s on things like Google Drive, downloading ZARP test content

I used to download at 6-8 mbps and think it was fast. I need to download this, I did play it on battle.net but then my pc started having a mental break down for some reason ( it's never been the same since and i don't know what the heck the problem is I just get stuttery gameplay on most games even when it says i'm getting like 100+ fps i guess just rip) I get like 1 MB download when my internet isn't having any problems. Probably your monitors refresh rate, have a look at this guide

edit: is your fps at a stable number or does it fluctuate by 5-10+ fps at a time? If it does try capping it until it feels smooth

if u have a AMD FX it could be that your motherboard doesn't support the head and energy and automatically throttle the Ghz down to a value that is to low but u cant see that cuz its rlly fast changing

nah i have msi motherboard, gtx 1060 8gb ddr4 ram ssd + hard drive. i5 6600k and according to userbenchmark test everything works fine buy it doesnt feel fine :c

OC your CPU and what's the RAM speed? 8GB is not enough these days
