I believe a friend of mine appealed his forum ban:
But I imagine it was denied, so I will tell the tale of why he was banned.
When I took the name of other players on the forums, I said to Onionrings if I remember correctly that the account in the screenshot was my alt when in fact it was another players account, so he basically got falsely perm banned a long with me.
If you would be so kind to remove this players ban since it was what I said to Onion that got this player banned permanently.

just ask him to check the email

I'll do some digging into this, I'm somewhat aware of what happened but I don't know enough to act on it.

What I will say now is: we do look at all emails and, when appropriate, reply to them. If the owner of a forum account wants to appeal a ban, they should do so in a manner that is taken seriously. We don't appreciate having troll appeals sent to us.

It was my fault for saying that the account was my own which lead to the players ban, so I wouldn't really understand why his ban should stand when I said that his account was my own.
Even if the email was in a troll type manner I hope that you guys can unban him since he was not at fault at all.

The most he did was one shit post on a topic which got him a day or a few days ban if I recall correctly.

EDIT: Also the impersonation part of his ban is not true at all, it was me who changed my name to Zarp Trust3d or something, and I imagine that it also links in with me saying that the account is my alt account.

Basically, this person did not impersonate nor did he troll with other accounts

You were both engaging in trolling at the time as far as I can remember but don't take my word for it since it was awhile ago

The only reason that it was upped to a permanent ban was because I said that it was my alt account which it quite evidently isn't.
It is silly to keep a player banned for something they never even did.
