Once I have taken the toilet paper I then lay it down for a few seconds so that it can get all the air molecules so it's as fresh as can be, I then pick up the toilet paper and slide my hand in an up motion as you get the most usage if you're using up rather than down.

Tip: I would personally wrap your hand in the toilet paper so that you have a whole cast of it around your hand, this makes the experience much more pleasurable.

*Notice* if you don't put toilet paper in the toilet before taking a massive shit you're going to hell
