Honestly? Looks like an old version of Rockford. Looks like the version they used back when NPC quests were still a thing. So... probably about three years ago-ish. Maybe longer.

Fun fact: Back when the NPC quests were still a thing, that was the only way to get a special car.

I remember when the blueprint came out, and a few older players weren't too pleased about it because it robbed them of the exclusivity of that car. But hey, whattaya gonna do?

ye special car got introduced in townsend it was a timed quest time flies fast
