Umm i can't find most of the servers on gmod (murder or deathrun) Pleae help!

Have you tried refreshing several times for murder?
Also do the same for dr

Uninstall your Garry's Mod. Reinstall it. If this don't work ask for the server IP. Connect to the server then using the console.
Save this IP in notepad or something.

Also Murder server doesn't exist anymore that's why you can't find it.
