So let's say I sold somebody two booster packs and I give them two booster packs and they expect four and keep saying I'm going to report you is that considered harassment

Because the fine man/woman who said it is the maker of some of these fine quotes
"Back on the ban list"
"you have a half hour to get me my other boosters or I'm reporting you"

If you guys agreed on you selling him two booster packs, and he got two booster packs, then i dont see the big problem he got what he paid for. If he keeps writing to you and you asked him nicely to stop keep messaging you, then yes its harrasment
