So i applied for moderator for the second time now , and i didn't get accepted for recent punishments and they were punishments from past week , so i don't understand why i didn't get accepted .

Punishments within the last two weeks are classed as recent.

Well punishments take 2 weeks to go away so that might be why u didin't get accepted
