Yes it's a perm as soon as you "activated" it from the link, just gotta use ubisoft's Uplay, and not steam.

They were all taken out of the building before it caught on fire so nothing was damaged except the building itself.

The sculptures on top of the "flèche" were taken out in time a few weeks ago for restoration.
80% of the frame is damaged and the "orgue" is slightly damaged from the debris falling off the roof.
