Should your team need additional time beyond the normal 15 minute window for
a match to start, your team may forfeit the next map to be played for 5
minutes of extra time, so in theory, you can forfeit two maps starting the
match no later than 30 minutes after the original start of the match and still win
3-2.
Should your team need more time during a break between 2 maps (5 minutes
normally), you may also forfeit the next map to be played for 5 extra minutes.
Keep in mind you can only forfeit 2 maps total during a match since the first
team to win 3 maps wins the match.
Each team is allowed up to 5 minutes of pause per map.
Pauses must happen between fights. No pauses allowed mid-teamfight.
When requesting a referee (8.5 Refereeing), longer pauses are allowed.
The maximum waiting time in between maps is 5 minutes. If either team is
not ready after those 5 minutes, they must either forfeit the match or play with
an incomplete roster.
Managers (or players, if a manager is not around) are allowed to use match chat
(orange), in order to inform the teams of reasons for a pause.
The game must not be resumed before both teams agree with it.
