My Specs:
Antec PC Case
Processor: Intel i7 6700k @ 4.40 GHz (overclocked)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX TITAN V 12gb (primary monitor) MSI GTX 1080Ti 8gb (secondary monitor)
RAM: 24 GB of Corsair Solid state RAM.
Power Supply: Corsair HX1000i
OS: 64-bit Windows 7.
500GB HDD
If you care about the monitors then:
ROG Swift PG27UQ (2 of them) both are 4k and can be overclocked at 144hz refresh rate

Ik those might be a bit too expensive here is an affordable one yet really nice:

PC Case doesn't matter.
Processor: i7 4970k
GPU: MSI GTX 980ti 6gb Lightning Edition or a GTX 1080 6gb
Power Supply: CX 750
RAM: 16 GB of Solid state (corsair)
500GB HDD
If a montior is needed: An Acer or Samsung 24' - 27' HD monitor should do the trick.
