I think everyone feels like this now and again, especially when you aren't working on something as in a goal or just generally working on yourself. You should always have a goal in mind even if it's a small goal, if you don't know where to start, start with making your bed everyday or going for a walk, it might sound stupid but it helps me.

I felt it every once in a while before I started taking antidepressants, I started taking them in hope of being happy but all they've made me is numb and empty.

As mentioned above yeah everyone has those moments! And it's okay to feel empty or to feel bad.

The trick is to deal with it because at the end of the day you should feel happy and okay about yourself, If this isn't the case I would really recommend going to see a shrink or someone who can help you with these feelings. And don't be afraid to do so either. It isn't a taboo anymore to have mental problems so help yourself to feel happy again and start talking to someone about it.

If you don't feel so great about talking to a professional then here are some tips:

1. Write down what you feel and what this feeling does to you.

2. Have place where you can throw it all out. (Shower is a great place)

3. Excercise helps alot with refreshing your mind and feeling better about yourself. Go for a walk or go to the gym!

4. Talk to a friend of yours, you aren't the only one feeling like this so they will be happy to hear you out and give you advice.

5. Better days will come trust me.

If you need to talk, don't hesitate to add me on Steam. I'm willing to give you all some more advice or my thoughts to help you out.

I am a very fulfilled guy, so I cannot say I have felt this emotion. But you should just try to do things that you actually need to work hard to get, then once you get to the point where you've reached your goal, start a new one
