Whenever i flick right my cursor decided it's gonna goto the other monitor resulting for when i shoot, it tabs me out
I did fix it before with -windowed -noborder but it seems the current update broke it again

I have same issue use a screen lock

i use plaguefest.com/threads/primary-lock.21160/

I think it might be a problem because they recently added the windowed borderless option as a default in gmod now, could be wrong though.

Try taking -windowed -noborder out of your launch options and use the new option.
