First To Start Download Paint.net www.getpaint.net/
Next Download The VTF (Valve Texture File Plugin) nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=50
Create A Folder In The garrysmod/addons Directory It Should Look Like This D:\steam games lul\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
call it crosshair all lowercase if it is capitle the crosshair wont work open the folder and make a folder called materials inthat folder make a folder called vgui in that folder make a folder called hud now download the example vtf and vmt i will provide edit the vtf DONT EDIT THE VMT UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING put the vtf and vmt folders in the hud folder the directory should be D:\steam games lul\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons\joeburglars_custom_crosshair\materials\vgui\hud here is the download for the vtf and vmt www.mediafire.com/file/d8czrv5u8prz63n/crosshair_stuff.zip/file
now edit the vtf to your likeing one done click save as xbox_reticle.vtf

I just use Tylers purple one because I am used to it. The only reason for me to change mine is to test one I am making for someone, that being said, fuck your furry crosshair!
