TOPIC: I give up

listen now i don't start anything i try to resolve them my attitude this week was being improved on but people like kyber etc are just trying to not give me a chance and i respect you all but if you say i try to start thing that not true everyone wants a joke here and there but i don't like problem and fair enough my attitude was terrible all the other times but this week i was actually trying to improve why do you lot just always say i don't cause im trying but do you think i have a chocie when someone is rude to me i report them but it doesnt get dealt with so even if i put this on the forum its not going to seem to help cause i now feel im just being targeted by all of you i try i want to be on as a mod when you guys are off taking a break or not really coming on but doesnt seem to be the case cause i get told oh you're attitude i know how i am but i have been trying now theres just no point in this anymore so im now going to stop sending application as i seem to be getting hated at and if its such a problem i wont bother you people again.

Understandable

People report you when you break rules, and you get punished when you break rules. And I probably would have forgiven you for when you had been punished earlier if you hadn’t had a horrible towards me. I hope this marks a change for the better but giving up isn’t the right choice

kyber you're not allowed in this so leave you have no right to talk in this and i would like it even more if you left me alone you half the reason of this

You may have tried to improve on your attitude but the problem is that we didnt notice this and the responses to your application didnt help much either. We dont hate you or target you, it is the opposite we actually just wanted to give you criticism you can improve on and a lot of people said that the biggest problem they had with you is your attitude and from what I've seen today it didnt change much. It isnt too bad, like you are not going around and insulting everyone and being a general troll, but I get the feeling sometimes that when you get into an argument your temper can take control over you. I gave you the advise to work on that and maybe come back at a later time (for example 1-2 weeks) and show us 1 week that you've changed and that you are capable of being staff on this server.

I think it would be sad if you go, cause in all the other points you look like a good candidate for me, but you need to work on your temper and your attitude. Once you managed that you can apply and I am sure you will get it

thank you but i am now as it says giving up you were all good admin and moderators but i can not force myself into a place like this were if im am not seen improving when i am trying and with someone who won't leave me alone there is no point goodbye and it has been nice knowing you all.

Having some chance is better than having 0, there was no need to cut your application off. I even told you you need to be dedicated and getting annoyed over one persons criticism show's you wont be able to handle the staff role, players disrespect staff each day on TTT and if you're going to lose your temper like you did over someone trying to help you improve then I'm sorry unless you show signs of you getting better you won't get TTT staff.

There was no need to revoke your application, as you were improving on your attitude. A couple of recent punishments can be overlooked, and I feel you had a good chance this week. You can't become upset and annoyed when people bring up valid criticism on your application, and rather than letting it get to you, just improve on their points.
