TOPIC: Nibba:Racial slure or not?

Ok so I was playing TTT and an admin,with something like "isdeaf" in her name, banned me off the server for saying Nibba because she thinks it's a racial slure. Now the question is,is it a racial slur or nah?Tell me in the comments uwu
