TOPIC: Steam Account stolen

I’m confused about this due to I have mobile Authenticator but whenever I log into sites with steam it doesn’t ask me to put a code

I totally did not get a message about a promo code and a site to CSGO from you. Your account wasn't locked it somebody sent the message at 22:22. You may want to recheck that it is locked if you posted this like 2 and 1/2 hours ago and I got the message just an hour and 6 minutes ago.

EDIT: I have been trying to think of a project to work around this problem when it comes to scam sites but it will take a while to develop. Hopefully it works when I start to work on the actual development of the software but it might take a few months or years.
