You can mimic the loading screen by using the fastdl that all ZARP servers use I'm pretty sure, not sure if I can paste it here tho. You can browse the directories and eventually find the loading screen for SSRP.

If you have anyone's fastdl url you can just bung it into sv_downloadurl on your server and away you go after some config on your end? Maybe?
