Don't think so. Probably comes from the fact that the tac actualy takes like a second or two before it dissapears once you respawn. But since the gluon kills him instantly and whoever has the tac can just click spam you can respawn before the tac dissapears " reseting " the timer before the tac actualy dissapears and you can just do it over and over again.

Been an issue since they've been introduced actualy.
