TOPIC: Any PC expert?

so lately i wont be able to join ZARP because of the new update black friday
when i try to join ZARP while on the loading screen where you let the addon loads and my Gmod close everytime
then i went to Gmod option/other/set to only allow map flies then i was able to join but everything is error
anyone know how to fix it?

you downloaded the addons from the workshop?
if you've done that and it still don't work or it crashes i'll unpack the addons if you want and send em to you over discord

You should probably subscribe to all the content packs (type !content in chat in-game) if you haven't done so already. You should probably also revert that setting you changed to allow all files from the server. You should also verify your game files via Steam because gmod usually doesn't crash when it's downloading workshop content (usually just stops your connection instance if it's taking too long).

If none of the options above work - as a last resort - you can always try to reinstall Garry's Mod lol

A long time ago, my gmod used to crash every time i joined a server, because of corrupt game files/system files. I fixed it by verifying the integrity of the game files and running "sfc /scannow".

( You can run sfc /scannow by typing cmd into the search bar, right clicking it, running it as administrator and entering "sfc /scannow" without the quotes and pressing enter. )
