Way too fast to be considered tactical gameplay, it's either you get the peak first or you don't

It's a ok game, some what high learning curve, lots of R6PL smurfs in high Plat if you want to play competitively, can be frustrating and imo depending on your location you'll get lots and lots of toxic people
